Senior Training

Seniors or anyone who has limited mobility can participate. 

Workouts require either a light pair of dumbells or even water bottles, depending on your fitness level. 

Throughout each workout we provide both standing and seated variations, so those who have mobility challenges can do these exercises using a chair.

Virtual (scheduled below) and daily training. Group Runs on Tuesdays at Southern and Fordham, in front of the Bronx Zoo sign.

Tuesday: Outdoor: Lower Body

Wednesday: Indoor: Upper Body

Thursday: Indoor: Lower Body

Friday: Indoor: Upper Body
